In order to improve the quality of services provided to members, customers and business environment, since 2006, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania has implemented and certified a quality management system according to ISO 9001 standard, certification granted by TUV THURINGEN certification body through its representative in Romania, TUV KARPAT.

In order to fulfil the mission of our organization, it was defined as a strategic objective to give a higher profile to Romanian Chambers of Commerce, through measures ensuring fiscal and legislative predictability at national level and facilitating the access of Romanian companies to international markets. In support of this strategic goal, we have established and implemented a policy of continually improving the quality of service offered to members, customers and business environment.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania is permanently preoccupied to comply the quality management system with applicable regulations and standards, as well as with the requirements of the interested parties. In this respect, in correlation with the strategic objective and the principles of quality management, we continually improve our internal operational flows with the main objective to increase customer and business environment satisfaction in terms of the services offered.

In order to implement quality policy, we are committed to ensuring:

  • Implementation, certification, maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Management System according to SR EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard – Quality Management Systems as well as related resources;
  • Meeting the requirements of all interested parties (members, customers, business, employees, authorities);
  • Communicating quality policy to all interested parties.
