The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania comes in support of the Romanian companies involved in trade exchanges with Great Britain, having the pleasure to inform you about the opportunity to participate in the virtual business seminar dedicated to “UK EU Exit Readiness: Movement of People”, organized by the UK’s Department for International Trade (DIT) in partnership with the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Romania, on 2 December 2020, from 15³⁰ to 16⁴⁵ (RO time).

This event is part of the British government’s initiative program, aiming to present to the business partners the steps they need to take at the borders of Great Britain for the end of its Transition Period and the official withdrawal from the Customs Union and the Single Market of the European Union, beginning with 1 January 2021.

The event will approach topics such as frequent business trips, hiring from EU or UK workforce, intra-company transfers. Representatives of the Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Department and of the DIT Business Environment Advisory Team (BEAT) will deliver the presentations.
