Taking into consideration the necessity to elaborate a new incentive strategy for Romanian and foreign investments, in order to acquire the recovery of every county, and taking into account the necessity to develop a stable and predictable business environment, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania has proposed the insertion of new provisions in the Local Public Administration Act, such as: obtaining the consultative notice from the County Chambers of Commerce and Industry, before adopting any decision with impact on the business environment, communication of the Local Council decision to the City Hall, Prefecture and the County Chamber of Commerce in maximum 10 days since the adoption, and the participation of the County Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s President to the Local Council’s sessions, without voting rights, regarding the matters of his/her responsibility field.
