The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania has identified a series of aspects which may improve the actual bill regarding the business incubators, noting the importance of these entities for the economic development of Romania. Therefore, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania has suggested to the relevant Ministry the inclusion of the following provisions to the bill: including the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Romania on the list of legal entities which may establish business incubators and the possibility of a Chamber of Commerce to be the administrator of a business incubator.
