Bucharest, September 18^th 2019: The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania (CCIR) participates in the Survey on the EU single market – Obstacles to cross-border activities, which is based on a questionnaire addressed to companies doing trade (import / export) in the European Union.

The Survey on the EU single market – obstacles to cross-border activities was initiated and developed by Eurochambres. Its purpose is to highlight the possible shortcomings of the single market and to provide recommendations to the new European Commission which will start the new legislative term in November this year, under the leadership of President Ursula Von der Leyen.

This survey gives companies the opportunity to communicate which should be the priorities of the European Commission for the next 5 years, giving them the opportunity to express their opinion on the obstacles identified so far and the potential solutions.

The answers of the companies participating in this study are particularly important, as they will contribute to shaping the political objectives in accordance with the reality.
