Bucharest, October 1^st, 2019: The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania (CCIR), Mr. Mihai Daraban, participated, on October 1^st, in the TV program “Dosar de politician”, hosted by B1TV and moderated by journalist Silviu Mânăstire. During the show, the President of the CCIR made a complete financial analysis of Romania and revealed the main problems facing the local business environment.

“The balance sheets, submitted by the companies on August 1^st, 2019, indicate that the Romanian business environment succeeds in doing its job successfully. Thus, a total turnover of 330 billion Euros and a gross profit of 30.1 billion Euros are recorded. However, the business environment is facing several problems. Here we are talking about the unpredictability of the legislation, the lack of labor and especially of a large number of state employees that private business people simply cannot support anymore. Regarding the crisis of the labor force, it should be noted that in Romania more than 12.6 million people are registered as fit for work, but in reality, only five million work. So, we have a problem not only with the degree of training of the staff but also with the reduced number of them”, declared the President of CCIR, Mr. Mihai Daraban live on B1TV.
