The International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania is the oldest commercial arbitration institution in Romania. With over 70 years of existence, it is a traditional institution that has handled a large number of highly complex arbitration cases over time. It includes over 170 Romanian and foreign arbitrators recognized nationally and internationally.

Commercial arbitration represents an alternative jurisdiction to that of the courts available to parties for the resolution of domestic or international commercial disputes.
