EUROCHAMBRES Economic Forum 2019

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania (CCIR) has the pleasure to invite you to the third edition of EUROCHAMBRES Economic Forum 2019 (EEF) dedicated to national, regional and local Chambers of Commerce, which will take place on 7-8 October 2019 at Grand Hotel Plaza, Rome, Italy. The event is co-organized by EUROCHAMBRES and Unioncamere.

The forum’s topic under the aegis of which will be held the seven sessions of discussion is Chambers4EU: together for sustainable growth. The aim of event is to create the proper framework for debates, where leaders and experts of European national and county chambers of commerce will discuss on how the changing political and economic landscape in Europe may affect the business community.

On the first day of the forum will take place three parallel sessions, where will be approached subjects such as financing the sustainable transition for SMEs, international business opportunities beyond the EU and lack of skills in the workforce. On the second day will be debated, in parallel, three other themes, respectively digitalization, the Europe’s entrepreneurial potential and strengthening the Single Market through business cross-borders. Representatives of the chambers of commerce will be encouraged to get involved during the sessions, in order to present concrete examples of successful and less successful experiences that are directly related to the debate’s subject.

Before the closing session of the event will be held the plenary session entitled The future of Europe and the future of European Chambers: inexplicably linked?, which will gather all the participants in an interactive discussion.
